Welcome. Seeking support for your mental health is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be part of that journey. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward lasting wellness.

                           Meet Ashley

My passion for mental health care is rooted in a genuine desire to help people navigate life’s challenges and find lasting wellness. Growing up in Springfield, Tennessee, I learned the value of compassion, connection, and supporting others through difficult times—principles that continue to guide my practice today.

I began my healthcare career as a medical assistant, spending nearly a decade caring for patients and witnessing the profound impact compassionate healthcare can have on a person’s life. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career in mental health and help individuals find hope, healing, and balance.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University, I worked in psychiatric nursing before becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2023. In 2025, I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), reflecting my continued commitment to providing exceptional, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Today, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered on their journey toward wellness.

When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, playing with our four dogs, and enjoying the outdoors with my family.
